Australia will host the World Simmental Congress in Melbourne in September 2010. I would like to take this opportunity to invite you, your partner, friends and industry colleagues to attend the 2010 Simmental World Congress to experience the best Australia has to offer through agriculture, attractions, culture and unique landscapes.

Up to 600 international and Australian delegates are expected to attend this important event to increase their knowledge of Simmental cattle and the Australian beef cattle industry.

The Congress Program will include a range of contemporary subjects including the latest developments in Simmental cattle breeding, enhancing stud development and commercial sales, marketing and networking services, technical services, advances in new technologies and the future direction of the Simmental breed.

Special tour packages will be available as part of the Congress and delegates will have the opportunity to participate in pre and post Congress agricultural tours as well as experiencing some of Australia’s unique leisure activities and scenic landscapes.
